Returns the clustering backends clusterGeneSets() can be
pointed at by name, including any added with registerClusterMethod().
Value
A data.frame with columns name, description, packages and
uses_resolution (FALSE for methods that choose the number of clusters
themselves, which clusterGeneSets() therefore runs only once).
